No — not yet. Registration with UP-RERA for Gaur Chrysalis 2.0 (also marketed as Gaur Plume) is being obtained; no project RERA number has been issued as of July 2026. A separate, earlier project — Gaur Chrysalis (Phase 1), registered under UPRERAPRJ622344/11/2025 (granted 4 November 2025) — is reported sold out by the developer. Can I book Gaur Chrysalis 2.0 right now?
No. Because RERA registration is still being obtained, there is no Agreement for Sale on offer and no project RERA escrow account to receive booking money into — both are legal preconditions for a real "booking" under RERA. What is open today is a free, refundable Expression of Interest (EOI): you share your details and we register your interest; no payment is collected, and it does not reserve a specific unit, floor or tower. We say this plainly because it matters — an EOI is not a booking, whatever any brochure language elsewhere might imply.
What is the indicative price today?
The current indicative pre-launch BSP is ₹8,499/sq.ft*, with a stated indicative launch price of ₹12,000/sq.ft* once the project formally launches with RERA registration in place. Both numbers are pre-launch, indicative, subject to change, and not a contractual price — the number that eventually binds either party is whatever is written into a registered Agreement for Sale, after RERA registration. A 3 BHK (approx. 1,600 sq.ft, saleable) at the current indicative BSP works out to roughly ₹1.36 Cr*; a full cost sheet with floor premiums, PLC and other charges is shared with registered enquirers on request.

How can I verify this myself on up-rera.in?
- Go to up-rera.in — the official Uttar Pradesh RERA portal.
- Use the project search / "Registered Projects" lookup and search "Gaur Chrysalis".
- As of July 2026, you will find Gaur Chrysalis (Phase 1) listed under UPRERAPRJ622344/11/2025 — a genuinely different project, reported sold out.
- You will not find a separate listing for "Chrysalis 2.0" or "Gaur Plume" — because that registration is still being obtained, and by law no project number exists until it is granted.
- If any third party — a broker, a portal, an ad — claims a RERA number for "Gaur Plume" or "Gaur Chrysalis 2.0" today, that claim is incorrect; cross-check it on up-rera.in yourself before trusting it.

Is there a registered project on this corridor I can actually book today?
Yes. If contractual certainty today matters more to you than pre-launch pricing, Eldeco Echoes of Eden — also at Sector 22D on the Yamuna Expressway, by a different developer (Eldeco Group) — is already RERA-registered and open for direct booking. If you want the lowest entry price on this corridor and are comfortable waiting through RERA registration, Gaur Chrysalis 2.0's pre-launch EOI is the option — with the honest caveat that no booking, no AFS and no binding price exist until registration is granted. If you want a project you can contractually book today, with a live RERA number and a stated possession date, Eldeco Echoes of Eden is the corridor's currently registered alternative, priced somewhat higher per sq.ft and currently limited to its Caelum tower. Neither choice is right or wrong — it depends on whether entry price or contractual certainty matters more to you right now.
