You can confirm it directly on up-rera.in using the registration number.
How to Verify on UP-RERA
Go to the official portal: www.up-rera.in ↗. Use only the official site — not third-party aggregators.
Click 'Projects' → search by name or number. For Gaur Plume: pre-launch, no number yet. Once issued, it will appear here. Do not use Gaur Chrysalis's RERA number (UPRERAPRJ622344) — that belongs to a different sold-out project.
Click 'Agents' → search by registration number. Our Reg. No.: UPRERAAGT000309/01/2026.
Once the project number is issued: download the sanctioned plans, promoter details and layout from the UP-RERA project page. Confirm before any decision.
