When you submit a form on this site (interest registration, floor-plan request, contact) we collect: your name and mobile number. Optionally: your preferred configuration (3 BHK, 1,550 sq.ft / 1,950 sq.ft). We do not collect payment information.
2. Purpose of Processing
Your data is used to: (a) send you pre-launch details, floor plans and the price list on WhatsApp; and (b) share with the developer/promoter (Gaurs / Gaursons India) to process your enquiry for the project at Sector 22D, Yamuna Expressway. We do not sell your data to any third party for independent marketing purposes.
3. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the advisory service you requested, or until you ask us to delete it. Enquiries older than 3 years are routinely purged.
