Where things stand — 01 August 2026. The project this page describes now carries its own registration, as Gaur Alaris (UPRERAPRJ950965/07/2026), and allotment against it ran on a first-come, first-served basis — per the Gaurs sales desk, more than 1,200 allotment cheques had been received as of 24 August 2026 — before Phase 1 bookings closed on 1 September 2026. Cheques banked before 23 Aug 2026 secured the ₹8,499/sq.ft* rate — the BSP was revised to ₹9,000/sq.ft* on 23 Aug 2026 — and Gaurs has stated ₹12,000/sq.ft* applies only to allotments made after the formal launch, so nothing changes for anyone who has already booked. Possession remains 09-06-2031, per the RERA registration. That registration is read certificate by certificate on the reference site for Gaur Alaris.
Gaur Chrysalis 2.0 is the Phase 2 — the peacock-themed sequel to the sold-out Gaur Chrysalis — by Gaurs (Gaursons) at Sector 22D, Yamuna Expressway, Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh 203207. Also marketed under the internal codename "Gaur Plume". Planned across approx. 11.8 acres with 8 towers, a peacock-inspired clubhouse of approx. 85,000 sq ft (per brochure), and themed 3 BHK homes in two sizes — 1,550 sq.ft and 1,950 sq.ft, per the RERA-registered plan. No 4 BHK is offered in this phase. Now RERA-registered as Gaur Alaris, UPRERAPRJ950965/07/2026 (registered July 2026).
What's already locked in for Gaur Chrysalis 2.0.
At pre-launch, Gaur Chrysalis 2.0 is defined by what's already locked into the plan rather than by what's still to be announced. The scale is set: eight towers rising across approximately 11.8 acres, planned specifically as Phase 2 of the address — a distinct footprint and a distinct registration, not an extension bolted onto the sold-out first phase. Homes are limited to 3 BHK by design, in two sizes — 1,550 sq.ft and 1,950 sq.ft — per the RERA-registered plan. No 4 BHK is offered in this phase; register interest to be informed if one is offered in a future phase.
Pricing follows the same pre-launch logic that shaped earlier cycles on this corridor: an indicative base of ₹9,000 per sq.ft* at the 1 September 2026 close (revised 23 Aug 2026, from ₹8,499*), against Gaurs' stated ₹12,000 per sq.ft* for allotments made after the formal launch. Neither figure is a booking price — both are indicative, subject to change without notice, and shared only with registered enquirers ahead of the price list going public. The project is now RERA-registered as Gaur Alaris, UPRERAPRJ950965/07/2026 (registered July 2026), with possession stated as 09-06-2031; Phase 1 bookings closed on 1 September 2026.
