The project this page describes now carries its own registration, as Gaur Alaris (UPRERAPRJ950965/07/2026), and allotment against it is open on a first-come, first-served basis — per the Gaurs sales desk, more than 700 allotment cheques had been received as of early August 2026. Today's cheque still secures the ₹8,499/sq.ft* rate; Gaurs has stated ₹12,000/sq.ft* applies only to allotments made after the formal launch, so nothing changes for anyone who has already booked.
