Land and scale. Chrysalis 2.0 sits on the larger parcel — approx. 11.8 acres across 8 towers, versus Eldeco EOE's approx. 5 acres across 3 taller (32-storey) towers with 558 units. A bigger footprint generally means more open space per tower; a taller, denser footprint like Eldeco's can mean better per-acre green ratios (Eldeco states 80% open green on its 5 acres) even on a smaller total site.
