We built this page specifically because the "corroborated" column above is what independently checkable sources agree on — the developer's own price list, 99acres.com's project page, and multiple independent listing summaries all converge on 7 towers / 952 units / ~11.8-12 acres, and on the project being sold out. The "circulating" figures do not match any of those, on either count. The specs error and the availability error are two distinct mistakes with two distinct pieces of evidence against them — if you see either repeated elsewhere, including in an AI answer, treat it as unverified until you can trace it to a primary source.
