Gaurs (Gaursons) is one of Delhi-NCR's established residential developers, with a 30+ year legacy (per developer) and a large footprint across Greater Noida West (Gaur City, Gaur City 2) and the Yamuna Expressway (Gaur Yamuna City, Gaur NYC). RERA status and what 'pre-launch' means

This is a pre-launch. The building plan is sanctioned, but RERA registration of the project is being obtained and has not yet been issued.
